Worldwide Shipping

phoossno ships worldwide to nearly every country across the globe, covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and more. We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination safely and securely. 

Free Shipping

We offer worldwide free shipping on orders over US$350. For orders less than US$350, there will be a flat rate shipping fee of US$10. 

Delivery Time 

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:

The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.

• Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;
• Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

phoossno offers 1-3 days processing time on most online orders meaning that your order will be shipped within a 48-hour period from the time it was received, excluding weekends and holidays.

If you place an order early, we will process your order earlier, and your items will probably be shipped on the same day. And if we have no stocks in our warehouse, the shipment will have a short delay, usually, your items will be delivered within1-2 days.

Custom Duty and Clearance

Please note that you are responsible for finding out in advance about the legality of importing your ordered items in your country - and about the legalities of importing goods into your country. We are not responsible for confiscated items by your local authorities or any associated costs incurred. 

Customs clearance is undertaken by the courier in the delivery destination country (and in certain cases, in the en-route country). You must be available for contact by them, in the event of any query or clearance confirmation. You are responsible for knowing the regulations in your delivery country before placing your order.
