1.USB 3.2 compliant
Supports a SuperSpeed USB data rate of 10 Gbps
2. Power delivery of up to 60 watts — Supports various voltage profiles up to 20 volts at 3 amps, thus able to charge a range of devices.
3. Transmits 4K/60 DisplayPort video and embedded audio signals — Compatible with DisplayPort Alt mode-capable USB‑C host devices, the unidirectional USBC Pro Series cables transmit DisplayPort video and embedded audio signals from the host to the connected display device.
4. Supports pass through of EDID and HDCP-encrypted signals
Ultra-flexible, ultra-thin 0.25” (6.5 mm) diameter cable — Narrow bend radius facilitates easier installation and reduces possibility of cable damage.
5. No external power is needed — Built‑in active circuitry is powered by either end, eliminating the cost of an external power supply.
6. Bidirectional USB power flow — When connected to USB devices that support USB PD, power flows both ways, enabling both host and peripheral devices to provide power to the far-end device.
7. Highly resistant to EMI/RFI Interference — The USB C full function(Data+Video+PD) can be used in high-interference environments, such as data centers and manufacturing facilities.
8. Zinc Alloy metal shell, Gold-plated contacts — Contacts will not tarnish, maintaining a long-lasting, reliable electrical connection.
Backwards compatible with previous USB standards
Compatible with Thunderbolt 3 devices

First, one to use in my car to charge my phone. My dashcam power connection has a USB A port on it.
Second, I travel with work quite often and needed a cable to charge my phone using train and/or bus USB ports which are all USB A ports.
In both cases these cables work well so I'm pleased with them.
So I got this optical USB-C cable, hooked it up to my computer, ran it up into the ceiling and across the living room, and then down the wall behind my sofa and out, where it is plugged into a USB-C hub*. My mouse, keyboard, and headset are then plugged into the USB-C hub and can be easily stored behind my sofa. No wires across the living room anymore, and the m/k/h are all in easy reach whenever I want to use them (with a few extra ports if I ever want to plug anything else in)
This optical cable appears to only pass 4.5W (5V 900mA) of power, so I did have to buy a separate USB-C power supply to hook into my USB-C hub to power all my peripherals. Just something to be aware of if you want to run a USB-C hub off this cable.
*For anyone who wants to do the same thing, I used the Sabrent USB-C hub since it does not have an integrated cable in it, allowing you to plug this optical cable into it. UNI also makes a similar hub.
