I finally got around to moving my gaming pc to a different room and this cable has been working without any issues. I didn't want to do thunderbolt due to quirks a few youtubers have mentioned. Plus this cable doesn't require an add-on card to work. I ran the cable through the attic and have it plugged in to a 10 port startech 10gbps hub. I did this so I wouldn't have to worry about powered devices since the cable doesn't carry power(this is obvious but some people legitimately aren't aware). The hub has a glorious keyboard with RGB, a PWNAGE mouse, Scarlett 2i2, Stream Deck, Elgato Air light, Logitech 4k Brio, Xbox controller, and wireless headset receiver plugged in. The Logitech 4k Brio is especially susceptible to USB bandwidth and it has no issues with this setup.
It worked flawlessly. I was even able to plug a USB Type-C dock on the end without any issues. Dual video, ethernet, audio, multiple USB ports on the dock all worked over this 10m long cable.
